Fradley 10k – report

Fradley 10k 15 March
Run report by Pete Hawcroft
The Fradley 10k was run on cold, dry and still conditions on March 15th and the fast, flat 2 lap course was ideal for good times for the 832 finishers. Carl Hatton (V40) ran 38.00 for 31st place just a little slower than last year. Pete Hawcroft (V65) racing after a long period of injury was delighted with his 42.18 for 103rd place. Spencer Hopkins (V40) was very close to his pb with 43.25 in 127th place leaving him confident that he will improve his pb this year. Andy Notley (V40) returning to racing after a break set himself a target of sub 45 so was very pleased to record 44.26 in 152nd place.
James Trollope (Lichfield) won in 32.25 with Kim Fawke-Williams (Centurion) first woman in 35.23.
